I am an entrepreneur passionate about reinventing the way we work. I believe we need happier, healthier, and more meaningful places to work. I believe organizations can be structured and nourished in a way where every team member can grow, develop and share his/her gifts and talents with the world. I also believe we can transcend and include profit as the main focus of for-profit organizations and work towards meaningful purposes that add real value to society and the planet as a whole.

My areas of interest include structures, practices, and technology that allow us to work better together. I am continuously learning and inviting more self-organization, wholeness, and listening to the purpose of organizations. I am also a strong believer of strategic sustainable development, and advancing communication and collaboration to support organizational and social transformation.
